Ryan played the role of Aaron in "Haight the Musical" at the Hollywood Fringe Festival. Written and directed by David Nelson.
In March, 2010, Ryan gained acceptance into the resident company at Theatre West in Los Angeles. Theatre West is an internationally acclaimed non profit arts organization in Hollywood, California. Established in 1962, Theatre West is the oldest continunally running theatre company in Los Angeles.

In 2007, Ryan had the privilege to perform at the John W. Engeman Theater at Northport during their inaugural season in "Jekyll & Hyde" and the musical version of "It's A Wonderful Life."
At Bristol Valley Theatre, in Naples, NY, Ryan played the roles of Miles in "The Drawer Boy," Anselmo in "Man of La Mancha," and the Bellhop in "Lend Me A Tenor."
